Hello, I’m looking to purchase ai blade lights for my 30” long tank. Can I buy the glow light to grow bubble tip anemones or do I need to buy the Grow light? And if I can how many do I need?

I have both... These lights put out a lot of PAR, and the PAR levels are similar between the two lights. The difference between the lights is that the Glow is more of an Actinic look, very blue /purple. The Grow has cool white LEDS also, so it has a more white appearance with a blue tint than the Glow. It's personal preference to your taste and the amount of light fixtures depends upon your PAR requirements.

If you haven't made your purchase yet, please do yourself a favor and look into the Quanta Helix light bars.

Can I use the blade lights as standalone lights?

Just got word from Luca he is doing par comparison test today, Helix vs Blade.
Hopefully it will be published today.
If you are on IG, he does most of his publishing and advertising there.
Thanks for the help! I really do appreciate it
Also can you give me his insta?

You can do much better for the price of blades. I would only consider them if I HAD to have something sit directly on the tank. Their spectrum is meh compared to other lights and they are expensive for less imo.
