Ai blade setting in a pick tank

Hello, newbie reefer here. I have a 12 inch AI Blade running the following setting for weeks and the corals still don’t seem to like it. The tank is about 3.8 gallon with 9 inch (24) tall and T he led is just sitting right on top. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps try the mounting bracket that lifts the fixture off the tank rim. They are pretty cheap. I believe BRS has them.
What specifically are the corals doing that leads you to the conclusion that the corals don't respond well to the fixture?

I'm running the same on a 15 tall at 60%
