Help please downloaded app for iPhone, but when putting in serial number comes up with error saying wrong number. I know info is correct anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix?

I had some issues initially trying to sync my Hydra's as they too were not pulling up. On the back of the lights, you have to hold the button down until they blink quickly. That will put the lights into sync mode. Then add the serial numbers to the AI Director. This should have the devices communicate with one another.

Thanks have done that, just trying to sync iPhone is my problem, great lights though
