AI Hydra 52 lighting help

So there I was, about to fire up the set of Hydra 52s (non-HD) I got from a guy about a month or two ago and one of them doesn't want to work. Of course, it's not the one I replaced the fan on, its the other one. Slightly irritating to say the least. Anyone got any troubleshooting tips?

Before I get roasted.....yes they were plugged in. Yes the power indicator light was on, and Yes, the AC adapter works. Verified it on the other light.

I don't have any experience with Hydras. What are they doing (if anything)? From your post it sounds like everything up to the light is turning on (except the light of course), right? Have you reached out to AI? They may be able to offer some help in troubleshooting.

That is my next step. Going to be contacting them today. Figured I would pick the brains of my fellow hobbyists before I did. Just hoping I didn't toast the board ...that would be heartbreaking.

Is it showing up as.a.connected child on your app? If not you can hold the button on the back to reset the light....must hold for awhile until light changes.
