AI Nero 5 not working

I have 2 Nero 5s on my peninsula that are 2 years old. One of them stopped working within the last week and blinks red. This has happened before and I just clean it, unplug it and plug it back in then it works again… this time I cleaned it and did that and still doesn’t work… I also did a hard reset which didn’t work as well as a factory reset. When I do the factory reset my app picks it up and connects to it but then it immediately starts blinking red again… any advice?

I work during their customer service hours so can’t. I tried joining their Facebook group but their admin still haven’t approved it since Friday.
