AI Prime 16HD fan noise

I’ve been running my Prime for about 3 weeks now. Blue & Violet channels 100%, UV 50% and the remaining channels 10% max. The majority of the time when it’s running at max the fan is running pretty loud. I can clearly hear the fan from several feet away. Is this normal? The little I could find people report they never hear the fan. I contacted support and they said it was normal, but can send me a replacement fan. I don’t want to hassle them if it’s normal. TIA!

I mean if they are willing to send you a replacement fan piece might as well have it on hand just incase something is wrong. Also give the fan area a quick shot of compressed air to see if it dislodges some dust or something that could be causing the noise.

From about 6 feet away I can barely hear mine, Prime 16HD. First time I heard it on I had to search for the noise, that’s how minuscule it was lol.
