My rabbit has chewed through my ai prime cord on the side that connects directly to the light, do I need to buy a new light or is this fixable.

Pic?

EDIT: The cord and not the rabbit.......
Just realized he chewed like 4 holes

IMO....
If you are not DIY/Electrically and inclined Take it to local hardware store and they will show you (and sell) you the needed items to repair.....
NOTE: That this is a super easy fix.

It would be hard to be mad at that cute bunny for sure.
They make nifty butt connectors that have built in heat shrink. Soldering is the preffered way but I've used the heat shrink butt connector on autos in areas exposed to elements and they hold up well. You just need make sure and not puncture the insulation when you crimp them or they're no longer water proof.

As others have said, this is an easy fix. What hasn't been mentioned is that once you strip back the insulation you'll find multiple wires inside that each have their own insulation of various colors. Strip each of those back, and connect the matching colors together.

That cable doesn't appear the have a shield. However, if you cut into it and find a layer of foil, or a layer to wire mesh, report back here for instructions.
