Figured it's a long shot but I would ask to see if anyone has had this problem since i can't call AI till tomorrow.

I noticed my right main light on my tank keeps turning off and back on in like a blink of an eye, randomly. Sometimes its once a minute or it stops and does it every 20 minutes. I tried resetting it but it didn't help. Anyone had this happen before? Appreciate any help.

Hmm must be something with the power supply or maybe something with the light itself. The CS at AI is good they should be able to get you on the right track.

Hello,

For anyone that may run into this issue again, as I did this week here is what I found via AI Customer Support:

Issue was raised when two devices were connected to one aquarium network. In my case it was the AI Prime and Nero 3. Deep diving, we found that the date and times were fast-forwarding to the future dates and times were more than 12 hrs off. When attempting to update, it would randomly revert back to which ever date it wanted. This caused my light to turn off and on as mentioned above.

Resolution:
Conduct a factor reset to one or both devices. Place both devices in it's separate virtual aquarium network. If the continue persist with the light, engaging customer support for warranty applicability and replacement. However, at the current moment the light nor Nero are not turning on/off.
