I have a 30g rimless tank that's 11.5" deep. The light sits 9" above water surface. Tank is 24" w x 24" l. I've been tweaking with some of the pre-sets from the signature series and from other recommendations I've found doing research. I understand many of those settings apply to deeper tanks and I don't have a par meter to adjust properly. Current settings are as follows at peak time:

UV 38%
V 46%
RYB 71%
B 101%
G 2 %
R 2%
CW 15%

Ramp up/down time is 1.5 hours. Start time 10 AM, lights off 11 PM. Tank is currently running fallow. I have 2 rock anemones, one of which has shrunken down, the other is doing fine. An orange ricordea mushroom, which hides in a hole in a rock and only sometimes I can see a bit of it at peak hours. And green star polyps which are doing fine. Today I purchased a Duncan and placed it toward the bottom of the tank.

Is there a safe setting for these lights in a shallower tank that I can use in the absence of a par meter? Are the settings I'm currently running seem okay?

Open to recommendations, new to coral keeping. Years ago I ran a 75g FOWLR tank with ATI Sunpower. These LED lights are tricky.

I run one on a 20g with rock nems, some NPS as well as 1 duncan. 10" over the water. Set at 50% for everything but white. White is about 10%. 11 hours on. I have rock nems 1" below the surface as well as on the bottom. They move when they want. Duncan is mid way down. You can start off a bit lower and ramp up over a few weeks if your corals dont like the bright light.

Yep that's where I have mine set. I guess you could play with all the different settings on each color spectrum. I looked at all the peoples presets when I first got mine (like you) but its a bit much for me. I have Kessil 360's on my big tank and they dont have adjustments for each color LED.
