This is my current light schedule. 8 hours @ 70%, 1 hour ramp on and off.

I wanted the last 2 hours of my schedule to be more blue, turning off my cool whites entirely. How do I do that?

I tried pressing the plus sign and lowering the whites but that messes up the white ramp. I want whites on for 6 hours total with a 1 hour ramp on and off.

You should be able to click on the + at the time you want to turn off the whites and adjust the percentage from there.

I had to add a point at 8pm turning off the whites, then another point at 7pm with the whites and it created the ramp from there.
