One of the screws on my 2 month old AI Prime HD mount is stripped. I have been pretty gentle in tightening it. I have emailed customer service, but does anyone have any suggestions to loosen it up, I'd like to move the light :(.

Sorry the head of the bolt. The allen key that came with it just spins in it.

First things to try is put a rubber band over the end of the Allen wrench

Just to follow up. I emailed Aquaillumination yesterday to let them know about the issue. Heard back this morning, was asked if I wanted this one replaced or a flex mount. I asked for a replacement and I have the UPS tracking number already. Excellent customer service.
