AI prime settings

Hello all,

Just wanted to see if you guys had any insight on which settings work best. I have mostly Euphyllia corals hammer frog just picked up my 1st acan during the live sell yesterday. I’m using one of the pre sets from Karen. Forgot the last name.
Corals open good but haven’t see much growth.
My tank is lagoon 25
2 clowns
Ywg & pistol shrimp
Picked up a green bubble tip so my clowns would stay out of the torch.


Do you guys run any custom presets that would encourage more growth? Or is what I’m running sufficient?

How high off the tank are the lights mounted?

I suggest a PAR meter.

I agree a PAR meter would be best, but if you don't have one or can't get access to one then I would adjust her settings slightly. Seems as though her tank is deeper than your lagoon tank so your Euphyllia could benefit from lower settings. I have a 20" high tank, lights mounted 8" above the water line, Euphyllia about 8" from the bottom of the tank and my UV, V, RY, B settings don't go above 80%.
