So I am coming to the end of my rope with this light. To start, this light is great, the only problem that I am currently having is that the MyAI website will not show that my light is connected. When I deleted it, I re-entered the serial number and it keeps telling me that it is wrong. Come on MyAI, please tell me that your product has longer than a 10 month life to it. Not being able to control my light is a serious issue. for some reason over the past week, the device has not been able to connect to the wifi either. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how do I fix it?

Oh man that sucks....I love my two ai primes. I hope you figure out what's going on.

I finally got it working. For some reason it had me set up one on my pc as its on the "cloud" and another on my android as "local". Whatever tho because it works. The darn thing was set to "all on" until I could change it. I do love this light tho.
