AI Sol Blue and Apex

I have the full apex and am wondering what I need to attach an AI Sol Blue to the Apex. Do I need an add-on?

Also, any tips for programming for ramp up/down and what not would be great. Maybe even some examples of code.

you would need the VDM port in order to attach the AI to the APEX. As far as programming for ramping you would need to create profiles for each and then you can just program with regular if..then statements.
