I'm excited! How do you like yours? Can I ask you questions if I start to have blonde moments??? :bounce:

Absolutely love them. I have 5 over my main tank and 2 more I need to setup over other systems

Can't wait to see the photos. Let me know how you like them. I have the Sol's and was thinking about upgrading but may just get the new controller for now.

I am loving these lights! So much better than what I had. I'm not taking pictures though until I get the tank clean and permanently place the corals that I have laying around from when I upgraded from the 90g.

Fishinizer - I think 3 would be plenty for a 75g.

tcreeftank - I really like the controller. It is very user friendly.

Harry - Most of the corals I got from you in the past are growing like crazy!

Glad to hear you like them as well. And yes, feel free to ask me any questions on them. I've taken mine apart to try swap pucks around and went through the growing pains with the new controller. I would check your firmware version to make sure yours is current.

Don't waste your money on the new controller if you are sticking with sols. I'm not impressed. Like the old better.

What color percentages do you use on your Vegas? And, what strength did you start out on?

I use equal percentages across the board right now and am currently at 80% I started at 65% just because most of my corals came from a tank that was running AI Sols before I upgraded tanks and lights. I think I may have some bleaching occurring with newer corals so I may bump things down this weekend and just add a couple of percent per week.

When I first got my AI Sols, I started at 50% and went up 5% a week and got bleaching when I went over 80%.

Thanks Kbra! I will try that. I had my greens and reds turned way down, but I didn't like the overall color of the tank. I started out at 60% on whites and so far there are no signs of bleaching, but I think I'll turn it down to 50 just to be on the safe side. Before the upgrade everything was under T5 and Marineland Reef Capable LED.
