AIO Additions (3D/DIY)

Looking for some inspiration to add some upgrades to my JBJ 45 to make my life easier. I feel a little limited due to not having a sump, but I want to see what everyone else has done to theirs! (3D printed and DIY encouraged)

I dont have a JBJ but I have an AIO I placed on one side and pulled the tank away from the wall so you could walk around it peninsula style!
