Hi guys,

As mentioned, I have an issue with my tank since day 1.

According to the instructions of the tank, I should put a long black sponge filter vertically (given with the tank) inside the second chamber (it's circled in yellow) and it should go all the way down to the bottom where water flows from the chamber 1.

The issue is that when I insert the long and CLEAN filter, the water slows down so much that it can't go fast enough into chamber n.3 and therefore the returning pump in chamber n.4 sucks all the water drying the chamber.

Any tips? This is so annoying!
