aipai smart ato! NEED HELP!

hello everyone

just bought this chinese wifi smart ato (aipai)
whenever i connect this item to its app, ita beeing recognized as a smart light.

does anyone by any chance know this product?

Sorry, but I have never heard of this company. I'm assuming reaching out to customer service would be out of the question since it's in China.

The app is usable at best for lights; no way I would trust it for an ATO. I would return and buy a more reputable ATO.
