If I am getting a frag from someone I know has a lot aiptasia in their system is there a coral safe dip that can be done to ensure no aiptasia or their spores make it into my system?

Aiptasia ARE corals so any dip that would kill it will kill the frag too. In fact, Aiptasia are so hardy that they will probably outlast any other coral in any sort of dip.
You may want to quarantine the frag to see what developes and kill any Aiptasia before putting the frag into your DT.
