Aiptasia Within Zoa Colony

I have a zoa colony of appx 75 heads attached to a rock. I recently noticed an aiptasia specimen poking its head out of the colony between polyps. Now, there are 3 and counting. What should I do?

Put some aptasia X on them or put lemon juice inside of them

Peppermint shrimp will eat aptasia, good way to remove with out chemicals.
