Medium light and flow I believe. You don't want them blasted with flow or they won't open all the way.

Start at the bottom, eventually they will handle more light.

Probably means M. lordhowensis, enough flow to be moving their flesh just a bit, but not enough to damage it. They're fairly forgiving.
