What flow does torch coral preffer

Heard from people they like gentle flow, but other said they like strong flow, soo... which is which

Mine is moderate, enough to keep it moving but not whipping hard into itself.

Experimentation is best, everyone has a different idea of what low flow and high flow is. Your high flow might be my low flow know what I mean.
