Just received some red ogo from Algae Barn and it is green, translucent, and neon. This can’t be healthy? Has anyone else had this happen? What can I do? I trimmed all of the neon parts out, but left the rest in the tank in hopes that it is still alive.

Did it end up living?
Well, yes and no. It did just fine for a couple weeks, but I got it to put in my invert QT tank, so 100 or so various snails did a number on it pretty quick... :)

There actually is just a bit left, and it did turn a bit more red in bright light.
