Ok so i read up and found that the tailspot is supose to eat algae..but like you all said it can only eat so much due to its size and the starry blenny looks really cool...
and my turbo snail finally took care of the small algae problem that was starting over night....

So which one should i try to get?

They are both really cool fish. I have never had a tailspot. I know they only get to be 2.5" max whereas the Starry or lawnmower can get to be 5". I have always had a lawnmower or a starry in my tank since I started. Tons of personality and they eat like a cow grazing non-stop all day long.
