Algae growing on rock, will it hurt bubble coral.

A light coat of green algae is growing on the rock that my bubble coral is sitting on. Will the algae on the rock hurt the bubble coral?

Build up your cleaner crew kind of looks like green cyano. Cut back the white light.

Agree with above. Based on the picture I don’t think that’s algae.

Can you scratch it off with your finger or a brush? If you can’t, then it could be green coralline. But I wouldn’t expect coralline to blanket the entire area (usually more spotty like purple and pink coralline grows) unless it’s been spotting and growing a lot over time.
