What is the tank age? Looks like the start of Dino’s / new tank uglies. I would recommend increasing nitrate to around 10 ppm

3 months old, I already deal with diatom and Dino two weeks ago. After the Dino clear i start adding coral new rock. Now coming like this, do you think phosphate minus can work?

Its another part of ugly phase. Manual removal and keep up with husbandry.

The strings under the microscope suggest its cyanobacteria. Dinos and diatom generally are more rounded and separate. Google some pictures and you'll see

You will go thru a few more rounds of this. Usually between 6 to 12 month mark is when they finish.
