Hi everyone. Just wanted to confirm these are diatoms correct? Tank is about 2 months old with lights on for a month. Stirred everything up during wc.
They are very loose and do not smell bad

Are those bubbles in the last pic?

Might be dinos but I’m still new to the hobby so I could be way off but I’ve never seen diatoms bubble

Nitrates are 2.5-5, phos was 0.05, and I make 0 tds rodi water

for sure not diatoms, diatoms is like a fine brown dusting. I can't tell if this is green algae or dino's but the bubbles makes me think dino's

I don’t think it’s green algae it definitely has a lot of bubbles

The reasons I don’t think it’s dinos is
1- it’s red not really brown
2- it stays in pretty large clumps when blown off and in my past experience dinos normally break off or are stringy

Maybe red turf? Has anyone had experience with that
