Algae ID? Treatment? It’s in various spots/frags throughout the tank not just this one.

That looks like Bryopsis to me. Its kind of a PITA to get rid of, since it does not die when you lower your nutrient load. Fluconazole (an antifungal) is as far as I'm aware the best way to get rid of it. I had some in my tank and I was able to fully get rid of it with two treatments of reef flux. Good luck!
