Algae problem

I have a bad algae problem on rocks and some coral can I take the rocks out and use 3% peroxide and pure it all over he algae let it sit and then dip it in ro/di water and then put it back in tank or will this not help?

No3po4x, water changes, less feedings. Possibly even addition to a clean up crew.

Slow and steady.
