Would that work? I think it would be great to remove excess algae from my system!!!
if so, how would I make it?
 
if you have an unused side you may want to look inot an upflow algae scrubber?
something like this:

could definitely just get one of these lights instead of his DIY light... (I'm running 2 on my algae srubber now and they're enough todo this)

can also use these magnets and just crazy-glue them to the container instead of what he did.


if you have a sump you can hack something together quick like this.
