Algae Scrubber on RSR 250

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to run an algae scrubber on the stock sump with ATO in place on the Red Sea Reefer 250? Can I just extend the return from the scrubber to make it past the ATO? Anyone have a recommended model for this tank?

Our CW-50 is designed for those size tanks. If you can send me some pics of your sump, I can give you some ideas of how to set it up in there. I also believe some customers have screwed a shelf into the cabinet to the scrubber too.
