Totally frustrated...I've spoken to 4 reps since 3/23 about a replacement fish, I've also paid for 2 additional fish. Fish that are on the list to ship on Mondays and it never happens. So fed up I've sent 2 different emails to [email protected] and haven't received a response, refund. We're up to a month now...obviously no communication between the companies AGB and Biota. Receiving dead fish with their mouths gaping open in a small amount of water isn't good. Yes, I've also brought this up with reps. Original order 3/23/20 order #85649. Maybe I'll receive an answer this way.

This thread has been moved to Vendor Feedback. Outside comments are not permitted with exception to linking to your own feedback thread for the same vendor. This is done so that the buyer @DHill6 and the vendor @AlgaeBarn can hopefully come to a resolution.

Thank you and have a great day :)
