Alk and Calcium auto dosing

Don't test every day. If you do, parameters can wander, but it is more from the error range of our test kits and not really the tank. My tank constantly tests between .46 and .48 mls of the syringe on a Salifert test kit, but sometimes it will hit .50 or .44. I consider all of these the same.

I don't have Alkatronic dosing anything. I just use the feedback it provides to set up my Carx and Dosing Pumps.

I guess the question should have been what's the missing link between the alkatronic , apex and dosing the right amount? Are u manually looking at the data and then manually adjusting the dosing each day? The alkatronic test, sends the data to apex, then blank blank blank , then something to doser.

Correct, there is no direct link from Alkatronic to dosing. I have thought through some programming scenarios I could put into Apex, but I'm not willing to turn over too many decisions to automation. I think it can be done, I just don't want to. Based on the stability I already have, I'm not sure I need to tighten it up much more.

Thank you good sir. Hopefully in 2 months I start having my fun with this. I was going to buy apex Jan 30 but talking to fish guy we decided to get 2 xr15 radeons instead because of price I crease

Good call, I really like the look of the Radion's, and am considering them for my frag set up.
