Hello! I have been dosing for the past few days Aquaforest Components 123. I set my doser at 15ml per day and 24 times a day (0.6ml/hr). For the first 2 days, my kH went from 11.35 and it dropped to 9.75 the next day. It dropped on the next day, it dropped to 9.45. However, this morning, it went up to 12!

Can anybody help me understand what happened?

Have you confirmed the doser is actually dosing what you think it is? Taking a known-volume object (graduated cylinder, small measuring cup, etc) and timing how long it takes to fill is something I do with my dosers every now and then

Yup I did. It’s part of the calibration process. Let me check that. Other than that, any other considerations? :)

There's not really a way for alkalinity to go from 9.45 dKh to 12 dKh in a day or so. Not without adding a lot of an alkalinity supplement. If you didn't add a large dose of your alkalinity supplement, it's likely testing error.
