What is the alkalinity of salt mixes at a salinity of 35 or 1.0264?
Being a newbie I am still learning the ropes and it seems to me that this hobby has a lot to do with keeping water. Through gracious advice on this forum I have realized that the water we are adding to our tanks during water changes is vitally important in maintaining water parameters.
I have researched this subject and only found
Coralife Scientific Grade 6 dkh
Red Sea Coral Pro 12.3 dkh
D-D H2Ocean Magnesium Pro Plus 9.3 dkh
There are many other mixes available. It would be a great service to us newbies to have real world info on which salt mix to use.
Please post alkalinity of the salt mix you use. (Calcium and other measurements would be great too)
Thanks.
