How's your NItrate and phosphate ? I always try to keep my Alk btween 7.5 and 8.5.What does everyone do for alkalinity looking at reef code a and b and fusion parts 1 and 2. Currently only dose all for reef and occasional reef roids. Since dosing all for reef should I just use part 2 or b depending on which one I get. I got some new hammers that aren't happy and im thinking its alkalinity.
If you're dosing All for Reef you don't need Reef Code or Fusion. What is your current ALK at ?What does everyone do for alkalinity looking at reef code a and b and fusion parts 1 and 2. I do 10% water change every 2 weeks.Need your water parameters. Could be DOG and you need a good water change.
Im going to continue all 4 reef have never test alkalinity so idk what it is. Hannah tester will be here today. Why not continue the All For Reef?

Idk have never checked Hannah tester comes today. If you're dosing All for Reef you don't need Reef Code or Fusion. What is your current ALK at ?
Typo, DOC. Dissolves organic compounds. Things that accumulate in the tank but down show up on test like nitrogen or phosphorus, and isn’t an element like magnesium or Calcium.Whats DOG
130gallon total and dosing 25ml a day have only been dosing about a week. How do you dose all for reef then?
Dosing AFR is based on alkalinity tests. Low all, dose more, high all, dose less.
If you are dosing the same all the time and also doing a 10% WC you could have all in the mid to high teens.
Nitrate is around 4 idk about phosphateHow's your NItrate and phosphate ? I always try to keep my Alk btween 7.5 and 8.5.
I vacuum good evey 2 weeks and do a 10% water change.Typo, DOC. Dissolves organic compounds. Things that accumulate in the tank but down show up on test like nitrogen or phosphorus, and isn’t an element like magnesium or Calcium.
These can build up and irritate corals. When my corals look angry I usually perform a large water change and vacuum the sand bed. That normally solves the issue.
Hannah tester comes today.I use this because it's cheap and always available:

But it sounds like you need a test kit first of all. I wouldn't just start dosing without checking to see if that's the issue first. Or without knowing how low the alkalinity is.
Im going to continue all 4 reef have never test alkalinity so idk what it is. Hannah tester will be here today.
Ok thank you ill follow-up with results once i get test kit.Im going to continue all 4 reef have never test alkalinity so idk what it is. Hannah tester will be here today.
OK, you may have to raise or lower (or stop) the AFR dosing. :)
