I’ve been using the Alkatronic for 6 months now. I love it, but it has its quirks. So here is my challenge - I’ve never been able to calibrate the PH probe. When I do, it goes through the motions, starts stabilizing, then says “before reading 7.031 while the probe is on the 7 fluid, then freezes up when it says calibrate. That would lead you to think it was pretty dialed, 7.031 when in 7.0. But when I run a test, like now, the PH is off 0.21 when compared to 2 other freshly calibrated probes. The Alkatronic has been super accurate up until yesterday. It has been within 0.10 dkh of my trident for months now. However I just hit my 1k test mark and the hose was due to be replaced at 800. So I change the tubes out and calibrate pump A and Pump C. Now, the dkh is off 2.50. Anyone else have this issue(s)?

I’m having the same problem.

How did you fix it?
