Theoretically if your Alk and Calcium are at correct level the trace elements should not accumulate. Corals and other organisms are using them at the theoretical level.
Since we are not in perfect world a weekly 10% water change should reduce any long term accumulation.
I would suggest ICP test once a month to make sure there is no accumulation or depletion of trace elements.
There is also possibility that trace elements get in from other sources, products.

I’ve been using AFR since 2019 and ICP every 6 months. I dose 75 ml/day on 150 gallon. Sometimes low on certain elements but rarly high on anything. Manganese, iron and iodine typically low. I dose them now. I also have kalk reactor to keep up with growth.

Similar experience. I'm dosing 85 ml/day on a 210 gallon mixed. ICP every three months and see no evidence of excessive elements. In fact I can see about when Tropic Marin made a slight change in their iodine. I've made a few slight Alk corrections manually by dosing the respected ALK component but that is because I don't like making sudden or quick changes.

All For Reef is a solid single dosing solution in my experience with no long term negative side effects. Powder form made it so much more affordable.

I am in Vietnam and unfortunately there is no facility that can test ICP. Tired of the time we tested ICP, we had to send the country to Germany for testing. The cost of travel is very, very high
