Evening all!

After weeks and weeks of cycling my tank, we finallly have Livestock. These 3 have been in for 2 weeks now and all is looking really good atm. Currently waiting for the uglies to start, tank still looks super clean. We have 2 clowns and a diamond goby who have all settled in really well.

Thanks for checking in

Good luck with your new fish!

Just an update. Added some really nice additions over the last couple of weeks - a month and its all looking good.

Alk - 8.0 - Dosing all for reef (powder)
Cal - 420
Nitrates - 40 (perhaps a little high)

Will need to get myself a phosphurus test but im currently dosing nopox also.

Anyways check out the latest members

Thanks

Your rocks look as if they were just put into the water. No algae whatsoever. Have they been that clean from the start? How old is your tank exactly? :)

AFR was what I was using in my tank. Loved how easy it was to use that stuff

They did have algae, but my handful of snails and hermits have obliterated everything 😂. Its been running since the start of may. Took maybe 8 weeks to cycle i would say, maybe abit longer.

Amazing job that CUC of yours did. My rocks look nowhere near that. Best of luck with the setup :) It looks you are on the right track.

Yh touch wood ive had nothing but success so far and it seems to be keeping my calcium in line. I dont have many corals atm and theyre only small so im not losing huge numbers.
