hi all,
I recently got back my ati icp test and came back with some elevated levels witch included aluminium (20 ug/l)

Gfo is known to absorb aluminium. But I can’t find any specific details about it.
So my question is how much will it absorb and in that time frame?

And will it absorb some other metals as well?

Thanks in advance:)

I'm not sure how useful it is in that regard, but it might bind some. It certainly can bind some metals (for better or worse).

While I have some issues with test methods and interpretations, here's an article showing some binding of metals (not aluminum) by GFO:

Thank you
Interesting article, wish they tested aluminium as well.
But 20 microgram would not be that much of a problem.
