Aluminium levels way too high

I recently got an ICP test from FaunaMarin and turns out my aluminium levels are way too high. What should I do and will this be harmful for my reef?

Top Shelf Aquatics
Water changes and GFO, MetaSorb, or PolyFil to remove aluminum.
