Alveopora not fully opening anymore

Hi all,

My Alveopora is not fully extending anymore for the past week...

It was doing great for the past months. I dont dose automatically right now. My alk consumption is ~0.3 dkh p week so i just do weekly 10% water changes. I havent dont any changes in lighting. My calcium was on the lower side so i manually adjusted it from 380 to 440 over the last week

Parameters:

7.8 dkh (hanna)
440 Ca
1400 Mag
~10 NO4
Detectable phosphates with salifert test ~0.03

I bought a bottle of Manganese 2 days ago so i manually dose a little bit per day now.

Any help?

That red one in the picture? Is that what it looks like now? It looks fine. Can you take a pic of what it looks like unhappy?
IMO your parameters are fine and I have not dosed mangonese into my tank in years and my goni's are fine.
Can you advise on your lighting and flow? I find that flow is more important to goni/alveo, the polyps should sway back and forth in the flow, if not enough flow I find they recede.

It used to have way longer stems... It is way shorter now...

Does it have enough flow to move the polyps? In your picture the polyps are all kind of straight up, it gives me an impression it doesn't have enough flow

It is doing worse now :(
not that clear in the video but it has some stress strings (i forgot the name)

How long have you had it?
That is a hammer down on the sandbed right? The hammer looks fine to me.
Alveo's and goni's are very touchy, I've kept many of them alive but have also lost several of them, its so hard to know the reason why.
When these goni's/alveo's start receding its hard to turn it around. Personally I would move it to a different spot, maybe higher into more light and flow and hope that helps. But again, these things are touchy and its hard to know sometimes why they recede. Sorry I don't have better suggestion for you, hopefully others have some help for you, good luck.

Judging from the Hammer/Euphyllia on the sand bed there appears to be low flow.
Do you have wave makers, can you increase the rate of flow?
As already mentioned this can be one of the more temperamental corals.

I have a jecod wavemaker, but its a nanotank (33g cube) so i put it on 30%. I cranked the wavemaker to 40%
