My tank is 29 gallons and is a year old
Ro/di water 0 tds
Nitrates 0
Phosphate 0
Calcium 460
Alkalinity 9
Magnesium 1450
I change out around 6 to 7 gallons of water a week. I vacuum sandbed. I turkey baster the rocks off. I have used probido bioclean and bioptipm every other week sometimes every week since my tank was about 3 months old. I have recently used microbater 7. About 3 months ago I started to notice this stuff on my rocks like mulm or sludge. It's whitish grey and I've searched and asked and I can't find anything about it other than it might be bacterial related. How can I get rid of it and what is it?

I had the same thing dosing seachems seed for to long. I don't know what it is but after I stopped it went away. If your water is cloudy that could be because of it as well

I don't know that Microbacter 7 would cause that type of bacterial bloom. It's used to seed good bacteria in a startup tank. I would definitely stop to see if it clears up.
