put on new lights and it just too happy to turn out rainbow?!

That would probably be the result of using LED lighting. Video will make this more obvious.
 
It looks like it has some natural color variation in the yellows/greens/teals but theres also a bunch of separate LED colors refracting through the water. Looks cool on that particular coral but its also happening on the surrounding rocks. If there is a lot of water movement this color dancing can get really distracting.
