We bought several things from this place Aquariumfishsale.com and got offered a 10% discount for being new and free overnight shipping. We read everything about it, including the bad reviews on the BBB, which by the way gave them an A+ rating!
In their disclaimer, they mentioned it could be 5-9 days for processing but they got the whole order to us in only two days. No clue why there are multiple bad reviews for this place but they are phenomenal customer service people with a fast paced system that gets your orders out as fast as possible. All my fish, etc, were alive and kicking, and thriving now that they’re at home. Immediately got a confirmation email, immediately got processed and shipped the next day. Delivered the day after that. Zero complaints. We’ll order from here again, no doubt. Oh! They also are one of the few places that carry ghost shrimp in bags of 20 which is important when you have the large fish that we do. We’ve bought from plenty of companies and quite frankly, most of them online are not great (for example, goodjosephlive), but this place, and DiscusMadness.com are my absolute favorite places now. Great, fast service with a smile and respect.
