Ammonia spike

Just added 2 clowns to my 100ltr tank and have had an ammonia spike to 0.2, so I done a 10% water change and tested again few hours later and the ammonia level is still 0.2.
I cycled the tank for 8 weeks before this and nitrate levels are good etc

You likely don't have an ammonia spike.. If you did, your fish would be in distress and your CUC would be dead. Also a 10% change is not worth doing if you do have ammonia as it would only move the levels from .2 to .18 which is negligible. More likely you have a testing method issue or some misread.
