From time to time I like to surf the forums vendors and check out their website for inventory that catches my eye, and one day came across a new vendor here @Among The Reef . I decided to give them a shot as I was in the market for a new wellso brain and they had an awesome looking one, and even offered multiple day guarantee options, which is always awesome when your order coral as you can never guarantee their survival via shipping. Anyways here is my experience:
Shot an email to Jordan over at Among the Reef asking a few questions about the rainbow wellso he had posted in their "sale" thread. I was curious about its size, and color under less actinic lighting. I was BLOWN away with how quickly i received an email back. Jordan was extremely professional and courteous, and answered any and all of my questions. He even went as far as to shoot me a cell phone picture of some zoas I was also looking for. His communication throughout the whole transaction was top notch, so I went ahead and placed an order.
Upon getting the corals from fedex I saw the coral very well packaged, including use of foam cooler lined box as well as a nice giant heat pack. He even threw in the zoas that he snapped a picture of for me for as a freebie! Im up in North Dakota, so the winter here is definitely different than a lot of the country (nothing like -40 haha) and upon opening the bags of the brain coral to begin acclimation I was a little worried about the water temp, and the brain showing some gaping of its mouth. I would like to point out that it was expertly packed with multiple bags, and had an AMPLE heating pack, sometimes things up here just tend to chill down in a hurry on the back of a fedex truck all day. I immediately started a drip line for acclimation, and then shot Jordan an email to let him know I was worried about the brain, and sat acclimating and hoping for a response back by monday (shipment came on a saturday)... what happened next is why they have earned a customer for life.
Jordan emailed me back within 10 min to let me know he would take care of me no matter what, and even went as far as to offer me a free 15 day guarantee upgrade to ensure that the brain not only made it through the acclimation, but that it would have two solid weeks to settle in and ensure that it wasn't damaged from shipping. In my opinion that is customer service done right. Even though it was of no fault to him that the package sat on a cold fedex truck until well through the day in Frozen north dakota of all places, he was willing to put the customer and health of the livestock above possible risk of a few bucks. Needless to say the wellso brain acclimated fine after a very slow drip to bring the bag temp up slowly, and looks OUTSTANDING! It throws out feeders at night, and had his first meal just a few minutes ago which was quickly gobbled up.
If you are weary of ordering from new vendors or places you haven't tried I would HIGHLY recommend giving Among The Reef a shot at your business. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with, quick communication, great packaging, and above all put the customer and livestock first. Thanks again Jordan can't wait to make another order here soon!

Threw a picture of my new addition taken with a cellphone so not the best quality, and under led lights set at 19 K (picture looks a lot more blue than they are) but I think it at least shows off the guy a little bit. To the naked eye he has rainbow colors, and even some yellow, and was extremely accurate to the picture they had on their website before i purchased.
