I have 120 gallon tank mixed reef/fish with two nicrew 3-ft lamps.

I currently have white light on from 6:30 in the morning till 6:30 at night. I have blue light on from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. so there is full spectrum light from 12 to 6:30. Ant opinions on this amount? I'm being very successful at getting pink and purple colaline algae growth and seem to be getting some solid green non hair. My only real concern is anemones.

Also, often the actual color you see from the lighting doesn't have anything to do with being beneficial for coral.

The spectrum will depend on type of light and Kelvin ranges within.
Anemones require moderate -medium light. Too low and they climb up glass. Too high and they hide
