Hey everyone! Happy new year!

It's been a while since I've been on here, and honestly have been neglecting our tanks. Work has been insane, with nearly every weekend lately being more work added. Add in my wife and I raising our 5 year old, and our being tired, I've just not had time that I used to for tanks.

Kinda depressing as we've lost a ton of coral due to lack of maintenance, time, etc, but we've decided to stick with the easy corals that are doing great.

We've got finger leathers, toadstools, zoas, mushrooms, and GSP growing like crazy. I still have some of our bubble coral, and 2 sps corals alive but not doing much. We lost all of our BTA except for one who is hanging on pretty well surprisingly.

Wed love to keep the btas going, and add some torch corals back, but we're both afraid of just wasting money at this point with no dedicated time for the corals.

Fish, we've only lost a few due to old age. They are all thriving and doing well. Urchins, crabs, snails, shrimp, all alive and well.

We had a 20 gallon nano in my wife's office with 2 clowns, but we're selling it. I'd love to keep that pair of clowns in our 125, but we're afraid they'll kill our orange storm pair.

We're wanting to add something else to the tank fish wise, but aren't sure what. Currently, the stocking is:

2 orange storm clowns
1 Banggai cardinal
4 chromis
1 diamond goby
1 yellow watchman goby with pistol shrimp
1 Starcki damsel
1 blue throat leopard wrasse
1 Lubbock fairy wrasse
1 foxface
1 female bellus angel
1 flame angel
1 majestic angel
1 chocolate tang
1 white tail bristletooth tang

Also took some rocks out that were covered in gsp, and my wife seems to like the more open swimming area, so we may leave it be for now.

Thought id post a picture or 2 and any comments are welcome. Lights are going down, but you get the scape idea.

Nice! Hey your experience perfectly mimics a real reef; ebb and flow. Strangest hobby. SO much nonchalant death.

Nice tank though, it’ll be looking good in no time!
