Anemone (bad)? or polyp

This just split to make two and I'm worried because the neighboring polyps wont open... Is this a Majano?

I think even if it's not I should remove it somehow. The polyps obviously aren't happy with them

that is really the downside (among many) of majanos - they really are pretty :) I know some people do allow majanos to grow but as you said, they are not playing nice where they are. I found one once and freaked out - massively kalk pasted it killing everything in and around it lol and then read where some people have left them and they didn't grow out of control......

They are pretty, but I figure the overall health of all my critters out weigh pests no matter how they look. I ended up removing them with surgical scissors, and then scraping off the base from the rock. They were on a small rock that I could remove from the tank so it was fairly easy
